To find an accommodation in another country or town can be very hard; many organizations work with a waiting list, with point collecting systems or you have to pay a registration fee to see the offers. Pastoor Vastgoed is working differently. Below you can read in 5 steps the most effective and efficient way to find an accommodation in (region) Groningen. See below our way of working:

1. Register

You can register at any time with Pastoor Vastgoed and we don’t charge you for registration!

2. We compare your wishes with our offers

Once you are registered, you directly can use all of our offers because there is no waiting list. You can easily press the button (sentence: “contact us about this house”), write down your phone number and email address and we contact you as soon as possible!

3. Plan a viewing

Are there interesting accommodations which you would like to view? Then we make an appointment to view the accommodation. We are very flexible, appointments can be planned in a short term. An employee of Pastoor Vastgoed will accompany you at the viewing to show the accommodation and to answer all your questions. There is not a maximum  amount of viewings, you can view unlimited: rejection of accommodations does not affect your registration.

4. Sign the rental agreement

Would you like to rent the accommodation and does the owner agree with you as a new tenant? We can make the rental agreement. At success you pay us an agency fee equal to 1 month rent + 19% VAT and a contract fee. We work on No-cure No-pay basis!

5. Move

After the payment is in and the contracts are signed we plan a hand-over of the keys. Afterwards you can move. We hope you will enjoy your stay in your new accommodation!
