The former steam flour factory is located at Aweg in Groningen and will be converted into 18 spacious and brand new studio’s with own kitchen, shower and loft bed. Also 9 brand new apartments will be build with own kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom.
STUDIO’S
The total space of the studio’s will be between the 25m² and 35m² including a loft bed. Each studio will be equipped with a new laminate floor, lamps, curtains and luxuries washbasin. In addition, every studio will get a private shower and a very luxurious kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven and cooker hood. The whole studio will be painted decently and there is a quick internet connection. As a bonus, each studio will get its own flat screen television which will be attached to the wall at the loft bed. So in short: you don’t have to do anything; just move your furniture into the studio and you can live in 1 of the most beautiful places in Groningen.
Because of the loft bed you can divide the studio really easy in a living- dining- and sleeping area. The toilet and the laundry room is shared with other tenants but there will be enough toilets and washing / drying machines for everybody. Furthermore, the common areas like the toilets and hallway will be cleaned weekly by a cleaning company! Toiletpaper and towels are even included.
Rentprices of the studio’s will between € 525,00 and € 650,00 including ALL costs.
APARTMENTS
The apartments are located at the ground floor and the 1st floor of the building. The total space of the apartments will be around 75m² including a loft. A loft is a second floor within the living room. The bedroom is located on the loft and the loft is high enough to stand here. The apartments will be completed at the same high standard as the studio’s. The difference between the studio’s and the apartments is the fact that the apartments will have a private toilet and a separate bedroom in the loft. The apartments will not get a flat screen television.
The studio’s and apartments are located at Aweg, on walking distance from “Grote Markt”. From Aweg all locations of the Hanze Hogeschool, the University of Groningen, the UMCG and the Central Station are easily accessible. Also supermarkets and the Noorderplantsoen are on walking distance. E.g. busline 15 to Zernike is just around the corner.
Rentprices of the apartments will between € 800,00 and € 900,00 including ALL costs. The studio’s and apartments are available from the 1st of September 2012.
